Instant Delivery
All digital products (including presets, guides, templates and online resources) are delivered instantly. As soon as your purchase is complete, you’ll receive an email containing your download link. You will also be able to access your files through the confirmation page immediately after checkout.
Please check your spam/junk folder if your email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes.
No Refunds on Digital Products
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for digital downloads.

MENTORING & AUDIT SERVICES
Delivery of Mentoring Sessions
Mentoring Power Hours are delivered live via video call (usually Zoom). Once you purchase your session, you will receive:
– A confirmation email
– A link to schedule your appointment
– A Zoom link for your session (sent automatically when you book your time)
Your session is considered “delivered” once the agreed appointment has taken place.
Delivery of Audits
Audits are completed remotely. After purchase, you will receive an email outlining the information we need from you. Once everything is received, your audit will be delivered to you as a Loom recording and PDF via email within the timeframe stated on the product page.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
– Mentoring sessions may be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice.
– Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice cannot be refunded or transferred.
– Missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable.
– Audit purchases are non-refundable once work has begun.

IN-PERSON OFFERINGS
Delivery terms for any in-person workshops, events, retreats or classes are as stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
This will include:
– What is included in your ticket
– The event location
– The delivery schedule
– Any cancellation or transfer terms
– Any specific requirements or expectations
